Do the prices of the jewelry also include the memorial diamond?
No, the prices only include the jewelry, including packaging and shipping.
When can I place an order for jewelry?
An order can be placed at any time. If a memorial diamond already exists, or if an order for the creation of a memorial diamond has been placed, ALGORDANZA will confirm receipt of the order after a revocation period has expired.
Can I order a piece of jewelry even though I do not have or will not order a memorial diamond from ALGORDANZA?
No.
Can I deliver a diamond to you for setting?
No, we do not set diamonds that were not created by ALGORDANZA.
We already have one or more memorial diamonds from ALGORDANZA. Can we have these set in your jewelry?
Yes, in this case please contact us directly.
How is a ring size measured? I am worried about choosing the wrong size.
There are no price differences with regard to ring size. When ordering, you will be asked to specify a size. You can have this measured by a goldsmith. Upon receipt of your order, ALGORDANZA will send you a ring sizer (multisizer) with which you can easily and conveniently determine the ring size. A change to the desired ring size is possible free of charge within four weeks of the order confirmation date.
How do I measure the correct ring size?
It is advisable to measure the ring or finger size not just once, but several times. Fingers change over the course of the day and year.
Until when can I change the ring size of my ordered piece of jewelry?
The ring size can be changed free of charge within four weeks of the order confirmation date.
Why is the jewelry order for newly commissioned memorial diamonds (in DE and AT) not placed via a funeral home, but exclusively via the ALGORDANZA website?
Choosing a piece of jewelry is a highly personal decision that should be made in a relaxed manner, in peace and with sufficient time. We therefore consider it sensible to separate this decision from the emotional and often personally difficult consultation at the funeral home. The production of a memorial diamond takes between 5 and 8 months and you can order a piece of jewelry directly from ALGORDANZA at any time during this period or afterwards.
Why do I not receive the set reminder diamond directly (in DE and AT) for newly ordered reminder diamonds?
The memorial diamond is created from the hair or cremation ashes of a deceased person. The order for its creation was placed together with the funeral home and we therefore only send the memorial diamond to funeral homes.
We already have one (or more) memorial diamonds that we would now like to have set into a piece of jewelry by ALGORDANZA. What can we do?
If you already have an ALGORDANZA memorial diamond, you can also order a piece of jewelry via the website. When ordering, simply state the number of the certificate for this memorial diamond so that we can assign the diamond. If you do not have this number, you can contact us at any time. In such cases, the piece of jewelry will be sent directly to you.
